The Multi Rake Bar Screen is a fully automatic mechanical screening system designed for continuous, uninterrupted removal of solid waste from wastewater inlet channels. Multiple independently driven rake assemblies travel along the inclined screen bars, lifting accumulated solids and depositing them into a discharge chute or integrated conveyor. The overlapping rake action ensures no debris is missed between cleaning cycles, making it ideal for high-flow, high-solids environments.

How It Works

Incoming wastewater flows through the inclined bar screen. Multiple rakes, driven by a heavy-duty chain mechanism, continuously travel upward along the bars, capturing and lifting solids. Debris is discharged at the top into a collection system. The screen self-cleans automatically, eliminating manual intervention during operation.
