Fine screening precision — protecting pumps, membranes, and downstream equipment
The Perforated Screen provides a secondary or standalone fine screening stage using precision-punched perforated plates to capture small solid particles, fibrous materials, and suspended solids that pass through coarser bar screens. By preventing fine debris from reaching pumps, membranes, UV systems, or biological reactors, it dramatically reduces downstream maintenance requirements and extends equipment life.

How It Works

Wastewater flows through or across the perforated plate panel. Solids larger than the perforation size are retained on the screen surface and periodically removed by a mechanical cleaning system (brush, spray, or rotating mechanism depending on model). Cleaned water passes through for further treatment.
